My Daughter Liked My Old Funny T Shirts
I wore some funny t shirts to school back in the day. I used to make up some cool sayings then use iron on transfer letters to put them on plain pocket t shirts. I was voted most creative out of my graduating class. So, when my daughter bought some iron on letters to make some t shirts, it brought back some really great memories. I asked her if she wanted to see some of the funny shirts that I had made when I was in high school.
She was shocked to see that I had saved all of my funny t shirts from back then. I told her that I was really proud of them and could just never bring myself to throw them away. She ended up wanting to wear them and that made me so happy. I would have never thought that she would think my funny shirts were cool.
Usually anything that I like, she hates and anything that she picks out, I think is a little inappropriate. We fight about her clothes all the time. I do not remember doing that with my mother when I was her age but then again, I was always just wearing funny t shirts and jeans.
