My Brother – The Custom Website Designer
My brother just started working for a web design company after he graduated from college. He worked part time for them, when he had vacations and breaks from school, but now that he has his degree in custom website design, he can make a lot more money and they are happy to have him.
All the managers and bosses at the web design company kept telling him that he could always come back and work full time after graduation but he never really wanted too. He wanted to open up his own custom website design business and be his own boss. He realized very shortly after graduation that starting up your own business, costs a lot of money. I think that originally he thought, he could just get a loan and then just work out of his house until he had to upgrade to an office and employees. The economy issues that the entire country is dealing with, have made him realize that the loan thing is probably not going to happen any time soon, therefore, he will be working for someone else for a while.
He understands that he is really lucky to have a job at all, and making the amount of money that he is, is a big plus. Unemployment rates are so high now, just being able to keep a job these days is hard enough.
